Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia, SC

Hotel was great for an overnight stay and reasonably priced. Could use some updating especially in the bathroom. Bed comfortable and clean. Felt safe and plenty of parking for a trailer and close to highway. Staff was great. Pros had makeup wipes and all other necessities. Hair dryer was lame but got job done. Will consider staying here again.

This was our second trip to Columbia SC in a year. We chose this place for amenities ( indoor pool and jacuzzi) ,also breakfast, a handicapped room on the first floor and close to the entrance. It did not disappoint. I loved it here. The beds and pillows were beyond comfortable. I've had a back injury and usually have trouble lying flat. I slept so well. My husband fell in love with the pillows. The staff were incredibly friendly. I enjoyed visiting with the girls at the front desk and the sweet woman that worked in the breakfast area. It was quiet and felt very safe there. I've put it in my phone for future reference. We will be staying here every visit to Columbia. It's not luxurious but its got everything you need and its clean and comfortable. The price was fabulous for the four

This is a great hotel if you book a suite. It gives you a living room, with a bedroom separated by a bathroom and mini bar area. My husband was able to watch football in the living room, and I was able to go on to sleep in the bedroom. Choice Privilege people, be aware though, they do not like to upgrade you to be suites without jumping through hoops. We ended up having to pay the difference in the regular room rate and suite, even though we are Choice Privilege Diamond tier. According to the Choice Privileges web page, if an upgrade is available you were supposed to be able to get it free of charge. Obviously one was available, as once we forked over additional cash we were put in one.

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight experience with our stay at Columbia S arolina. Very convenient to us 77. The accommodations were very nice, clean, quiet, all that could be needed, the young lady that took care of our arrangements that evenimg was very nice and helpful in making our stay pleasant. The breakfast was very good with a variety of good food to choose from, had a couple of those pancakes from an automatic process, very good. First time seeing one of those. Thank you for making our night a well rested one, and needed one, especially since we were traveling all day from Florida

Booked a last minute quick birthday getaway for my girlfriend and we chose this hotel for its proximity to the party we attended. I booked a king suite, and while I didn’t book the hot tub room I thought I did, the room was quite spacious with a separate living room area. The first room we were given, the AC didn’t work so I went to the desk and spoke with Natasha. She came to check the AC and once it was determined to be broken, she moved us to another room without delay. Natasha was awesome and attentive to our needs. She is the epitome of top notch customer service and I was grateful for her assistance in addressing our needs. The room and building seemed a little dated, but I wasn’t disappointed in my selection.
