Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Airport South, GA

Location is prime of course, minutes from the airport. I stayed for one night (Sunday to Monday) with my husband. He rode the shuttle to the airport with no problem. I drove to the GWCC for a conference and it was a breeze. The room was cozy enough. We stayed in a king bed suite. The mini fridge was obviously very old, possibly a few decades by the look of it. Nonetheless it still worked. The bathroom was fairly clean; the shower was a notch suspicious. The exit nearest our room was out of order to exit the building I had to walk to the front of the building and around to my car, instead of directly into the parking lot (where’d I’d luckily found a spot immediately in front of that exit door). I imagine this to be a fire hazard. Also note the parking lot is not gated like some of the nearb

Just wanted to let management know how awesome April is working the front desk.||I checked in about an hour ago with a travel voucher from the airlines due to a flight delay. April was like a breath of fresh air. ||There was a large line of us checking in and she worked so fast and was so pleasant. Everyone was tired so she checked us in lighting fast and quickly explained all the hotel essential information. I arrived with none of my baggage which I was worried about since I have absolutely no toiletries. She provided me with toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a comb. ||I was worried that my phone wasn’t working in the room so she personally said she would knock on my door in the morning to make sure I was awake. ||Outstanding customer service!||Only reason I gave a 4 rating is because I thi

The stay was great the only this I had a problem with was a young lady named April was very rude and was telling me that her boss said there were no complementary late check outs and was talking at me. I reported back to my boss and also spoke with another lady at the front desk to let her know. Other than that the stay was great. April should handle things a lot more professional and learn how to address the situation with the facts because another lady told me there were available especially on week days and this was on a Wednesday

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was top-notch—spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. My room was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. I’d especially like to recognize Dulce Tamara and Demetre for their outstanding service. They were professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality

It was a nice cheap place to spend the night before traveling to the next destination. Not too far from airport. It was also super late but they had a little restaurant open. Surprisingly the food was ok, the smell in the restaurant was not 😅 but i guess you get used to it. The only negative was that the Hot water in the shower was cold. But i knew i wouldnt stay here for days, didnt mind it. The rooms were clean.
