Country Hearth Inn & Suites Augusta

Asked a guy up front for the WiFi password, and honestly it wasn't even worth asking. Dude gave me a whole speech about how it's common sense what the password should be and I just got here. WiFi is poor as to be expected too. Not fun for kids here at all, so don't even think about bringing them here. Only reason I rated 2 stars is because I wasn't bothered by the surroundings since I'm from the hood myself. The major complaint I have is that I'm feeling like I'm being watched in my room, and I know some inns are on that type of timing. This is NOT for the faint of heart.

Positive: I filed a complaint with you guys. It took forever. This hotel is a drug and gangster hotel. There was screaming the whole night outside my room. Guy treated to kill unless he got money and his drugs I called front desk over and overContinued below... Negative: Guy was threatening to shoot people. Police finally called at 700am...owner told me stay in my room it's not safe. I ASKED FOR A REFUND. I SAID I WAS A BLUE VIP MEMBER. OWNER SAID NO. NO NOPOLICE TOOK ONE GUYSEVERAL OTHERS LIVING IN HOTEL. I WANT REFUND

Oh, where to start with this. |I’ll preface this by stating I have previously vowed to never stay at another Wyndham property again. I have had nothing but nightmare stays w/this comp all over the country. Little did I realize when booking, this too is Wyndham. It was not clear on the website. ||This is most certainly a get what ya pay for property. It’s beat up, outdated, and the cleanliness factor is below par. The pictures on the booking sites don’t show what’s really going on- carfished again. ||When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was the array of condoms at the front desk. That should have been my 1st red flag to run. But, after a long drive and not being familiar with the area, I stayed. The other big red flag I chose to ignore was the sign in the front door stating, b

ROACHES!!!! I know it's football season. My daughter fumble the french fry and the roaches tackled it like they wee about to lose the super bowl! I asked for a refund because one thing we don't do is roaches!! He refused to give me my refund with a smile ! No worries! That $150 is nothing compared to what they will.! The pen is more mighty than the sword!

Country hearth was very affordable. My family and myself came into town due to unforeseen family events and had the pleasure being acclimated. Even with a golf tournament they went above and beyond to assist with our stay. Room was clean and it was very quiet.
