Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville

My friends and I stayed here for one night in October 2025, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality we received as it related to the rate. Huge, well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking for everyone. My room was a king-bed room, and it was GREAT! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, bedding and towels were spotless, and the room/bathroom were sparkling clean. I didn't eat breakfast in the morning, but my friends who did stated it was good. The coffee I had wasn't what I normally brew at home, but it wasn't bad at all. The gentleman at the front desk was exceedingly kind and helpful, and my stay was great!

Positive: That the hotel was clean and staff is friendly Negative: The shuttle doesn't leave the hotel till 7, I had to find another way there. One of the reasons I picked this hotel it was close to airport, it has a shuttle and Restaurant and bar.

This hotel was clean, but I would recommend staying somewhere else. The location of this hotel is about 5 blocks or less from a high crime area which we were unaware of until staying here and talking to locals. Although the room was decent, our lock didn’t work and when we asked for a new room with a working lock they refused to move us or to come check to make sure it was working correctly. We stayed during Valentine’s weekend for the Farm Show and this hotel had maybe 25 cars at most in the parking lot our entire stay, so they could have easily moved us to a different room. The small amount of guests also told me the location wasn’t at the top of most people’s list. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel and it's staff are absolutely great! We had several different projects in the area and quite a few guys staying over the last bit. The hotel rooms were always nice and well serviced. The hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly. I can't think of a day that we'd come back in and the person at the front desk would say welcome back or how's it going friend. The breakfast is repetitive but warm and fresh probably great if for a week or so but I was there a while. Plenty to choose from though depending on what you're feeling. The location is great depending on your situation, there's plenty of lighting and lots of different places to get a bite. I highly recommend the Pizza place across the street, or the 2 little bars within a 7 minute walk even, great atmospheres and

I’ve been here for three days. I’ve literally only had one guest over. Literally only one guest the hotel people called the police on me. . I have a double bed so I am allowed one guest, but I was literally called the police on for this incident and they threatened to break in my room . This review is for legal purposes because I will be following legal action. I feel as if I was racially profiled The hotel also tried to put me out without giving me a refund. I literally done nothing wrong. I’ve been very polite. I’ve been staying to myself this whole visit and been very respectful. I literally done nothing wrong. I will be taking upon legal action.
