Coratel Inn and Suites by Jasper Wesley Hospital

The best thing about this room was the location. Not very clean at all.. The staff avoids being in the front so if you need anything from them, goodluck. They gave out towels that were so dirty they looked brown.. the stains were very bad and he didn’t replace them only one. We also needed tissue because they gave us half of a roll , but no one would come to the front desk. I rang the bell multiple times for service but they ignored it.

Motel was under construction, pricing only gave $10 off for our circumstances of a crisis staying there at the motel across from the Wichita emergency room. We had to ask two to three times for room service and no one was consistently at the help center desk. Pricing on billboard did not match pricing in housing- they claimed it was because it was under new management but the false advertising is deceiving and frustrating. My wife and I got married and 20 mins after her family was in a bad car crash so we stayed here across from their hospital they were taken to and the best they had given was $75 instead of $85 for each night even after explaining the situation and it was our HONEYMOON. Yes, any discount is appreciated, but when getting a room for our extended family to come later it was

Staff were kind. The Bathroom was clean, room looked clean but smelled like moldy air freshener. Commom areas were dirty.

I went into this with an already low expectation as it was by far the cheapest option for two nights. Definitely didn’t expect much from this place. I found and booked this hotel through Airbnb. I had a single king bed room. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. The shower was quite nasty and had brown stains in the tub. The main room had dents and holes in the wall and it wasn’t quiet - you could hear people randomly scream at night which felt a little unsafe. The bathroom towels were stained yellow and so thin you could see through them. The “breakfast” is from 6-9am however there is no breakfast, it’s just coffee and milk if you’re lucky. There’s no drinking water here so make sure to buy some before settling in or drink the tap. The ice machine was completely

I’d give this hotel -100/10. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We only stayed because I had a loved one at the hospital across the street and I think that’s taken advantage of. Everything and I mean everything was stained (lamp shade, sheets, pillow cases, bath tub and towels). The a/c unit was leaking and water was on the floor. We were only given one towel and when we asked for more the front desk said we had to wait two to three hours until the housekeeper arrived. The comforter had a cigarette hole in it. Questionable splashes were on multiple walls. I don’t even know what black stuff that was in the side of the mattress? Floors were sticky. It is also very sketchy outside and if I were by myself I would’ve been scared.
