Cooperstown Reservations: Greeno Manor

For all families looking to make reservations for next year, please research which owners and rental companies have taken advantage of families during the pandemic. The tournaments were cancelled and the governor put travel restrictions in place and Non-essential businesses shut down. Reservations were cancelled months in advance, and some owners including Paul Belmonte and Linda Belmonte of Cooperstown Reservations own several properties including Greeno Manor and have ignored numerous requests for refunds. They are keeping $5000 from us and some families have paid them over $10,000! They are not responding to anyone and we are being forced to pursue legal action including criminal charges of theft. They are continuing to get deposits into their accounts and have kept tens of thousan

A lovely home. The heated pool was the kids' favorite. Nice kitchen with a big island. Great outdoor space and deck next to the pool. Awesome garage with air hockey and table tennis tables. All around great place.
