Commodores Inn

I stayed here on a solo skiing trip in mid-February for 5 nights. Nice, low-key place just outside of downtown and right on the mountain-bus route - it stops right in front of the hotel. Three hot tubs, a pool and a sauna. Nice [lobby] sitting room with couches and a big fireplace and TV and an area with a coffee maker and microwave and dinner table. An old-school feel to the place. Everyone there was super-nice, every day I walked in Will would address me by name and ask how my day was. Great place and reasonably priced!

It feels like the perfect little ski chalet from the 80s. Expertly what I wanted in Vermont. Average clean room, very nice staff, cozy hot tubs and sauna and the loveliest little fireplace lobby to sit in. Not to mention the free shuttle to the mountain!

I had an unplanned stay here after getting into town ahead of schedule. — I able to find this Inn & get a room for much needed sleep. To be honest, I had a few complaints, and was prepared to leave a different review. — however my issues were addressed by the manager, Mandy. And I am completely satisfied. — Outstanding customer service. — very glad to have found & stayed at Commodores, I now have another spot in Stowe that I would gladly rebook. Excellent location. — Centrally located in Stowe VT with convenient parking.

We stayed here with our dog and children. The front desk was some of the friendliest people we’ve encountered at a hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The lake outback offers, kayaking, and canoes for the guests. We use the indoor pool, which was very enjoyable, and the hot tub was very nice. We wish we had more time to stay here to enjoy the facilities, even more. I would recommend and would go back

Absolutely love this place - third time staying. It's definitely a time trip back to the 80s in terms of vibe and decor, but the rooms are all very clean and cozy (especially the beds!), the price and location are pretty unbeatable, and best of all - the staff are all so kind and adorable quirky. We look at staying elsewhere in the area, but like ending up back here.
