Commodore Motel

Booked double bedrooms. The room charge was less expensive compared to other motels nearby. However don’t expect any luxury but an efficient stay or best value of your money. Free parking space, close to Oakland zoo. restaurants, stores, supermarkets etc are just 2-3 mins of walking distance. Seems like it’s under a new management and things were improved as compared to my stay last year.

I stayed here years ago when the manager wasn’t very pleasant, so I was honestly surprised to see a new employee who was kind and welcoming this time. The rooms could use some updates, but for the price, it’s a reasonable place to stay if you don’t need anything fancy.

Excellent value for money, if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with no high expectations but just a nice stay, this can be the perfect motel.

💀 everyone don’t come to this hotel it’s nasty and full of roaches and rats. The guy on the front desk. It’s a creepy old Indian guy. He is charging so much money for the rooms. No housekeeper, and you have to clean your own room It’s a creepy guy I think he has a camera hidden in rooms. I’ve been there 💀 he is so rude

Nice, cheap price. The lady in the office is really nice and considerate. There are family units in the upper area. The only bad thing is that you have to leave after 3 weeks in order to stay longer. It's great bc of its closeness to Foods Co and other shops and Foothill Square. It's also close to the I-580.
