Commander Hotel & Suites

The hotel is beautiful!! You enter a very clean, fresh smelling front desk area and are greeted by a welcoming front desk staff. They really make you feel appreciated. We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Livia! She really made our visit even more special; she was friendly, caring, welcoming and fun to talk to. She also was very informative, she knows all the good places to eat. There are luggage carts you can use as well. The elevators are spacious and clean. The rooms are clean and spacious too! The bathroom is extremely clean as well. The shower is refreshing, love the rainfall shower head!! The balcony was the best part!! I enjoyed sitting out there and watching the waves, extremely peaceful. They provide the nicest beach furniture. Consider renting a room here, you will NOT be disap

Had to pay 20.00 dollars per night to park. Hallway constant smell of Marijuana (strong). Nice view of ocean. Room was dated.

This hotel was right on the boardwalk. The massive room was clean and comfortable.||I almost changed just beofre leaving because of the reviews. So Happy I didn't.||We were there in the off season so boardwalk was iffy on open restaurants on Thursday but Friday was great. I only would change the hours of the hotel restaurant. Was a bummer they closed at 3:00. p.m.

Positive: "" Negative: I did'nt like the fact that the site stated "Pet Friendly" and when I got there to check-in I was told only service dogs were allowed. I had to pay $132.00 for my 20 pound dog to stay. Never again! Also had to pay for parking which is ridiculous.
