Comfort Suites Shreveport West I-20

My stay here was VERY enjoyable and quiet. The staff was AWESOME from check in to checkout, bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only thing I would want to see, is a way to darken the room at night, because there's a lot of lighting in the area, and the curtains are thin. But my overall stay was VERY GOOD!!! See y'all next time!!! 😎

Door to room was extremely hard to close. my 71 year old sister had issues opening and closing. I had issues closing. The door had been broken and not fixed properly. Staff were not really friendly. Didn't like the air freshener spray in the halls. Beds were very firm and squeaked every time you turned over. Couch was not clean. Not a lot of hot water. Only good thing I can say was the bathroom was clean and mini fridge was cold.

This hotel is absolutely filthy dirty. Everywhere you look is dirty, torn chairs, filth. The room was absolutely disgusting. We had to change the sheets on one of the beds because they were so dirty. My friend who was staying with me got eaten up by bed bugs. The door lock was barely on the door frame. The blue couch had white stains on it as well. As a Choice Hotel Diamond member, I do not see how this hotel has been granted a 4 star rating. Spend extra money and go anywhere else.

Was coming in out of town for a funeral early in the morning, I didn't have a reservation, but staff went out there way to accommodate me during this emotional event in my life. Desk manager and cleaning room staff went out their way to make sure I had a room for that day. Thank you so much for going out the way to help me. Thank you.

Absolutely love the people who work here and the room was great wish I would take the bed home with me haha and thanks to the guy with the pony tail for helping me with the waffle maker I felt silly not knowing how to use one and the directions for it was right there lol and everything was so clean and smelled good too. Definitely will come back when we come back through town.
