Horrible experience! Started off by them trying to force my son to pay at check in because they didn't see the payment in their system. When I called them to try to fix the issue the guy who answered was very rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask for the contact information for Expedia. He did not try to look into the situation only kept saying it wasn't paid and it's not in their system. When I tried to tell him that my son has a receipt, the confirmation for it being paid and booked, and the proof that it was taken from his account the guy kept saying 'No, no, no' while I was talking. Had a group of people called to get room near eachother they did not make that happen rooms where not clean to what I would think they should be. Air conditioning didn't work goof at all in any of the rooms we had. Had a strong smoke smell in 2 of the rooms saw guy with a lit cigarette walking halls including walking out of the lobby. Was just a bad overall experience

Check was so-so, we were not given the room type.We had requested but we took it. The rooms needed updated and the air conditioners were housekeeping problems galore. The manager did refund us one night as we had 3 separate rooms reserved reserved.And she tried her best. The breakfast buffet was very, very ordinary and some of the amenities that were listed in the website we're not available like the game room and the Rec Room. But the building needs serious updating and is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

What a wonderful stay! Super clean and updated rooms. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff, breakfast attendant was fantastic as many guests filled the area. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Tremendous value to say the least.

We had a nice stay here. The staff was so kind. The room was clean. Beds could be updated but not to the point they were uncomfortable. For breakfast the eggs and potatoes had been there awhile but we also went down later so. The pool itself was very dirty but pool area was clean though. Only reason for the 4 star. But it was very convenient location for traveling through.
