Comfort Suites Madison West - Middleton

In west Middleton. Nice new area. Nice new motel. Friendly personnel. Good Continental breakfast. You need to get on computer to send a message or something It's right there in the lobby. Nice sitting areas in the lobby. Nice 4 place computer counter. Billiards table. Nice atmosphere.

The hotel is extremely affordable while still maintaining a high standard of comfort, service, and cleanliness. It was really comfortable, and I was given a really lovely room, a bit of an upgrade from what I had booked! This was my second time staying at this location, and it was lovely both times.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights for a hockey tournament. The rooms were big and roomy. However, pillows were a bit on the thinner side (had to use three). The breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast. The happy hour was wonderful and the area for guests to hang out was spacious. The hotel staff was wonderful.

I am very satisfied with the stay. But reducing one point because of the below 2 reasons. 1. For breakfast, a veggie patti can be added. Second day of stay I had roasted potato. But first day there was no vegetarian food. 2. The restroom lock was inside out. It was NOT locking from inside, but locks outside!!. This is dangerous. I already reported this issue to the manager. But other than this two things, the stay was really good. The room was clean. The manager and the frontdesk people were very helpful. Even though I didn't use, the shuttle bus to kohl center is very helpful. Thank you

Lots of noisy machines - guessing other rooms HVAC - and you can hear the constant traffic on the beltline. Otherwise, it had comfortable beds and friendly staff. WiFi was also decent at the free speeds with no noticed device limit.
