The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. Cleaning staff was friendly as well. Pool wasn’t too cold and having a hot tub was nice. Breakfast was ok but decent for free. Room was clean, hot showers. Room cooled easily. Great price for budget people like us. Would stay again when in Louisville

My daughter and I had a delightful 2-night stay as a restart before heading back to school after the holiday. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my daughter loved her pool time. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast offered a variety of choices and started our day off well.

I stayed at your hotel last year and gave you an excellent rating. I think we even stayed in the same suite - room 107. It's roomy and close to the exit. Best of all was your breakfast and the lady who delivers superb service. She helps guest operate the equipment and is constantly wiping the tables. The bad news: The thermostat does not work. It read 85, but never got above 70. I put my clothes over the vents to get warm. Trash was emptied, but new liners were just draped over the trash can. Room was never vacuumed during a 5 night stay and linens were never changed. Did I need to request that? If I come back next year, I will be more vocal about my expectations. Please do better.

Nice,clean,quiet. Staff were very pleasant. Hot tub was out of service, that was the reason we chose this property, but even so we had a really nice stay. We never utilized the pool or awake in time for breakfast. Probably because the bed was so comfy.

Great stay. Clean bathrooms and comfortable rooms. Easy accessibility plenty of parking and fast WiFi friendly staff made everything smooth. I’d be happy to stay here again
