Comfort Suites Louisville Airport

Juanita, the GM, is amazing and really cares about the hotel and it shows! We have stayed three years in a row for an event and will keep coming back. Melyssa at the front desk was so helpful when we needed help with a tv issue. I even noticed how much the cleaning and breakfast staff seemed to care about jobs well done and were super friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay at Comfort Suites! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring Louisville. I especially appreciated the way each staff goes above and beyond to help any guest with any needs. Can't wait to come back! 5-star experience for sure!

Stayed back in July and had the best experience so decided to come back and stay and it was the complete opposite the guy working the front desk our first night was rude and shouldn't have been working the front gave us an attitude like it was an inconvenience when we asked for bedding for the pull out couch. The body wash was completely missing from the shower, very slow restock during breakfast. The lady the second night was an absolute sweetheart and very polite and helpful.

This hotel is a true sample of excellent hospitality. The friendly staff (shoutout to the front desk), cleanliness, and convenient city-center location make it a must-stay. We'll be back!

Great location. The employees welcomed us very friendly! This is probably one of the cleanest and well maintained hotel we have stayed in since before Covid! Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Even the lady preparing the breakfast food! Was an awesome experience for sure. Wish we could stayed there longer but already had more plans made
