Reasonable prices, nice location, but older establishment. The room definitely needs updating. We were wondering why our heater kept running come to find out on the last day the window was left alittle open (curtain was closed the whole time). Front desk was nice and house keeping was attentive. Breakfast was free and just bleh.

At first glance, it is very nice. Rooms are nice size, very quiet overall and comfy beds. However, not impressed with multiple things: sink didn't drain, toilet didn't flush appropriately, no kleenex in box, the water in the fitness room didn't have cups. The lady taking care of breakfast did a wonderful job keeping up with cleaning and some stocking, but water was gone as was some fruit that neither ever got replenished. Not sure why you get rid of the big water at the front desk, that was a nice touch. The biggest reason for the score was that the room window was frozen, open!!! We got in very late, it was Very windy. I just made sure the blackouts were shut as tight as possible. You could feel and even see the curtains move and I just assumed it was drafty windows as to why it

We booked a king room with a whirlpool and booked with a dog. When booking, the pet fee was added to the booking fee. When we showed up, they charged the pet fee again. If that's not how it works, the website need to be more clear because we would have booked somewhere else. Additionally, if this is not a pet-specific room, I feel sorry for others that get stuck in 205. Everything is beat up and worn. When we came to check in at check in time (3pm) the room was not ready. We were offered a downgraded room. We booked the whirlpool specifically, so we waited over an hour for our room to be ready. The room is dirty and outdated. The bathroom is not set up for a human with arms of regular length. The toilet paper is unreachable from the toilet. The whirlpool is dirty and the water in both th

Valentines weekend. Room had been booked 2 weeks in advance. We live 2.5 hrs away, literally right after we leave hone phone rings, its the hotel. Hey just so you're aware, the pool and hot tub will not be available this weekend. Still wanna keep the reservations ? last minute anything in the area is not going to happen. ....little bit of Bait and yank going on. We get there ask for a little off of the room, not going to happen because apparently we were already on some magical rate but the night clerk said hed pass on the request.. pointless . Breakfast was another joke. Watery eggs, raw sausage and rude breakfast attendant. Room was ok. Neighbor's dog kept barking and whining ALL NIGHT LONG ive never been so disappointed with a hotel in my life. Beware

First of all the room is not what we booked we booked two beds and a couch. We had one bed and a couch not a big deal can look over that one then next is the construction going on upstairs third floor. If we would have been informed of this we would have stayed elsewhere. The good sides. The cleaning crews were out and about and looked like full force and rooms are very clean. The breakfast bar was great and the staff was awesome. We even checked out the night before just to avoid the construction noise upstairs not very peaceful at all. No I didn’t information the desk would have done absolutely no good. Reason being construction has to happen and it stops for no one. I know this from years of experiences. I just wish they would have told us either at check in or when we booked the room.
