Comfort Suites Knoxville North

Room was clean, breakfast was one of the best we’ve had from a choice hotel! They had a large variety of hot foods! Pool was small and crowded, but we were able to swim once without it being too packed. Staff was friendly! Only thing was they have one elevator and we had to wait to use it majority of the time. Ended up taking the stairs most of our stay as it was faster. Overall good stay! Parking lot is fairly small and it was packed the night we stayed.

Overall, we had a great experience at Comfort Suites. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and very well kept. Our only issue was with our bathroom. We were on the 4th floor. Our water NEVER got hot. It was barely warm and zero water pressure. Two women shared this room and this issue made taking showers a challenge. Especially trying to rinse shampoo out of our hair with no water pressure at all. Our toilet worked initially, but you had to hold the handle down to flush it. By the last day, the toilet would not flush. We advised management upon our departure about our issues but they did not offer a discount on our room stay. This was very disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. This hotel is surprisingly nice. We'll certainly stay here anytime we're in Knoxville for our favorite brewery (Xul). The rooms were nice and clean the beds are pretty comfortable. Even the continental breakfast was pretty solid. They even have a gym!!

My wife and I stay here twice a year enroute to visiting family. The hotel and our rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The location is also very convenient. Nearby is the Monterrey Mexican restaurant, which has wonderful food.

COMFORT AND JOY! Me, my mother and two sisters had the best experience ever at the Comfort Suites in Knoxville North on Central Pike Avenue! Everyone there was professional, polite and friendly! I had a special request and the GM Lisa and Dinesha decorated our rooms for Christmas and it was fabulous! They made this visit so special for all of us and you could tell everyone there cared about others. The ladies that handled the breakfast were on top of everything and believe me it was A LOT of work because there were children, young adults and parents everywhere! I was overwhelmed at how the ladies and other staff kept everything so nice and clean! All the employees that I saw had smiles on their faces! This Comfort Suites has something special going on and everyone there deserves recognit
