Comfort Suites Chincoteague Island Bayfront Resort

The hubby and I ran away for a weekend. What a fantastic area, even in the off season. Deanna started our trip with a late night check in including a complimentary list of yummy eats, a smile, and a warm welcome. With so many food choices, Christina helped us narrow it down the next day and boy was she spot on. The room was clean, modern and updated, warm and cozy, and the balcony view was beautiful. We had a small pond next to us and the family of ducks were a pleasant and fun addition. The breakfast varied each day and was delicious. The coffe was great! The pool and hot tub were very clean and we enjoyed both throughout the trip. The staff were all kind, generous, and helpful at any point of the day. Definitely a 5 star for us. This was a Christmas weekend getaway for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our Winter stay. The pool and tub allowed us to enjoy swimming off-season. Great location. Comfortable room with balcony and bay view. Hot breakfast.

Our room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff. I loved the view and the option to open the window. I loved the location, not too crowded of an area but still easy access to everything. My son and I loved the two pools. I felt the place was very clean. Especially for a beach town. Housekeeping did a great job. I was so releived to be able to use a laundry room. Breakfast was sufficient, plus the staff was on top of it. I loved having the water bottle filler and the ice machine near it. My only complaint is the water pressure, but I that's typical for an island hotel. It just made it hard to get the sand out of our hair.

Really enjoyed our stay at the comfort suites. I have been coming to Chincoteague for many years but this is our first time staying at this hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the views are incredible. Breakfast was hot and the staff keeps things tidy. Brooke was so sweet and welcoming and wonderful with our two small children. My wife really enjoyed talking with her. Front desk was also helpful with places to eat when many restaurants are closed this time of year. We will be back next visit.
