Comfort Suites Bentonville - Rogers

Before I retired from my employment 6 years ago, I had stayed at this hotel many times. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was great, and is the reason why I booked two nights stay there again. However, there was an issue this time, and I am not going to stay there again unless they fix this. I was given a room on the 3rd floor, with no hot water. I let the water run for maybe 5 to 10 minutes, and it barely got warm. I asked to be moved to another room because of the water, and they did. Same floor (3rd.) and still no hot water. This time I let the water run for much longer, no cold water was turned on. The water got barely warm enough to shower. Maybe because it takes a long time to get hot water to the 3rd floor. Pillows were so comfortable that I bought 4 of them. Room was adequate. It was clean and had what we needed. The breakfast was good and had a selection that allowed everyone to find something they enjoyed. We were there due to a serious family illness.

Rooms are great!! Night staff was absolutely no help at all. Waited to get check in for 20 minutes. He finally showed up nonchalantly didn’t go over any of the amenities but he definitely made sure to tell me not to break the 2 rules he had. And for some reason he told me not to forget to speak English. Odd considering we were speaking English.

We have been consistent customers at this hotel for over 20 years and have exclusively used Choice Hotels as our first hotel selection. On this trip, we spent 3 nights on the 3rd floor. On our first night, there was a group of about 10 people on the patio outside the breakfast area on the gound floor below our room. Their laughter and loud talking could be heard clearly in our room and continued until just after midnight. We mentioned to the front desk the next morning and were told that there was an 11pm quiet hours policy. That night, they were back, and the noise continued past 4:30 am. On the 3rd night, when they returned, we waited until 12:10 AM before contacting the front desk. It was very nice and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Our hot water was not working....that was a little disappointing. But things like that happen. We love staying at comfort inn and suites when possible.
