Comfort Suites Anchorage International Airport

When we walked in it was a very cozy feeling Lobby is clean and had a cute fireplace with comfortable seating. Also in the lobby they had coffee, hot chocolate, and lemon water available for guests. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows! Housekeeping staff was very friendly when we needed a few extra items. Breakfast each day was great! Lots of options to choose from hot and cold! Rene the breakfast lady was on top of it and amazing! Give that lady a raise!! Anyhow we had a great experience at Comfort Suites ANC and will definitely be back! Thank you!

The two ladies who prepare breakfast are amazing! Everything is clean and delicious. The eggs, bacon, and sausage are all fresh and taste great. They work so hard, always refilling items and keeping everything clean. This is the cleanest and most pleasant hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They even noticed when my child needed help before I did, and stepped in right away. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The breakfast was as expected- nothing spectacular. Bed was not as comfortable/soft as I would have liked, but the pillows were great. Was *extremely* disappointed to learn upon check in that the pool was down, as I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool. We made do and didn't bother switching. I do appreciate that we could check out at noon w/o additional charge. While it was fine, I probably won't stay here again.

As a frequent traveler through Anchorage, I’ve tried many spots, but I keep coming back here. The facility was remodeled a few years ago and they’ve done a great job keeping it looking brand new and spotless. The staff is consistently nice, and the free shuttle makes the logistics of my monthly trips so much easier. If you want a clean, well-managed hotel that offers the best value for your money, this is it.

Your employees feel way too comfortable using their key card to just walk right into my room while my family is either sleeping or getting dressed. Three times now I have had this happen to me. I have complained and it’s still happening. I’ve been staying at your location for 6 years now and I’m about to find a different hotel to start staying at because I no longer feel safe staying at your location. You should just get rid of your pool if it’s going to be closed just about every time we go.
