I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Stay away if you don’t want to be wrongfully charged! We spent 8 hours in the airport and 8 hours in the air yesterday, so didn’t get to the hotel until after 1am. The check in was good. The front desk attendant was kind and accommodating. But this morning after my husband got out of the shower, both smoke alarms went off. Omar Luna, the front desk attendant, was super rude about it. Then at breakfast we were notified of a $100 charge on the credit card. Turns out they were charging us for 2 missing pillows! These pillows are tiny and not worth $50 a piece, so why I would steal them is beyond me. Omar refused to give us his managers name, or contact information and refused to look in our luggage (only one suitcase and one beach bag) to ensure we weren’t steali

I had reserved a room online and thought the price was great as well as the room itself from the photos . I needed to request an early check in because I would be driving 5 and a half hours very early in the morning and arriving just before I was scheduled to be in Boise for a meeting . I called the number that was on the confirmation email first thing the following morning and the phone rang and rang . I tried again that afternoon and once more the next day and the evening as well . I was eventually able to reach customer service who transferred me to once again be placed on hold for 10 minutes and eventually the call was disconnected. I tried one last time the following morning and the employee who answered was soooo rude , he was not a very pleasant person to speak with . He refused to

After a harrowing trip through Deadman’s Pass during snowfall at night where we had to push through ( turning around would have been worse) , we finally arrived to this “nirvana” at 1am. They thought we weren’t coming because I forgot about the time change and arrived two hours later than anticipated- it was no problem. We were welcomed warmly, both figuratively and actually since it was 28 and we just survived a blizzard. After completing check in, we hobbled upstairs weary from our trip and were happy to find our room very clean, organized, bedding fluffy white with 4 pillows on each queen bed, fairly large flat screen TV typical of 3 star hotel/motels, bathroom was sparking and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths/hand towels. One 2 maintenances issues - the ceiling was peeling a b

The gentleman that checked us in was nice. 1st room smelled of smoke, carpet was stained with what looked looked liked pop stains and beds are uncomfortable. The TV does not work and called no came to help. The elevator area is gross and needs painting. Dirt grim every where. So freaking disappointing. Wish you you trust the chain name.

When we first walked into the lobby I noticed that it was pretty tacky looking. I judge a hotel a lot by the elevator and it was not clean. We went to our room and the very first thing I noticed was that the curtains on one side were hanging off the rod and looked soiled. I then went into the restroom and when I turned on the faucet all kinds of brown water came out. I let it run to clear up but there was no way I felt like I wanted to drink the water. The next morning when I turned on the shower it was the same thing brown rusty water and I had to clean out the tub before I could use it. Got it clean enough to use and when I got ready to wash my hair there was absolutely no shampoo and had to use the one very small hand soap to bathe and wash my hair. The whole experience was really
