Comfort Inn Wichita East

We had a fantastic experience at the Comfort Inn East Wichita. However, the best part of the experience was Sia at the front desk. It is rare to find such genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Friendly, efficient, and a total asset to this hotel. If you stay here, ask for him! Highly recommend." He made the whole process seamless. Management, give him a raise! We will definitely return next time we are in Wichita.

Customer Service We arrived for breakfast at 8:50 and were told they finished serving at 9:00 and we could have what ever was left. Hotel customers were still eating and they started turning off the different machines an example the juice machine and others. The silverware was taken away along with the plates. We were not the only customers who were not happy with this experience. I will say the beds were comfortable.

The room was very hot when we arrived in the evening. Had to wait for AC to cool it. Then someone across the hall decided to stink up the hallway with smoking some pot in a non-smoking hotel. First floor button in elevator completely broken out. Difficult to get to first floor with no button. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is clean- just older. Front desk person had several complaints about the pot smell and was trying to figure out which room. For the price we paid, we did not get our moneys worth and won’t stay here again.

Room was very clean and beds were so soft! Would definitely stay here again. I totally forgot to take pictures, but everything was wonderful. The lobby was super clean. Staff was very friendly when we checked in later in the night. Only minor complaints was one of the screws on my door handle came out, but it was no big deal. Left a note for maintenance to fix. I was only there for a night so I wasn't stressed. As well as when we tried to check in early, my dad said he was met with a rude staff member. So we decided to just go out to eat and check in after work instead.

The staff was great and friendly. Had a great stay. My only problem were the Guest upstairs, sounded like it was a bunch of kids jumping on the floor and bunch of banging. Was very difficult to sleep with the the banging and screaming. Other than that the staff and hotel treated me well.
