Comfort Inn & Suites Monahans I-20

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Monahans Texas on December 25th 2025. Our departure date was December 26th 2025. Upon check in we went to our first designated room 108. We had arrived late so when we went to lay down for the night our sheets were filthy. Covered in sand/dirt, hair, and stains it was as if no one had changed the bedding from the previous guest. When my wife went to use the restroom, the sink was full of hairs as if someone had recently shaved. The toilet had feces all over the seat. It was an unacceptable room all together, especially with small children. When we went to notify the front desk and ask for sheets so we could at least change the bedding, the front desk staff informed us that they had no extra linens to give out everything was dirty and of

Staff is very nice. The room was clean and big. All though we had neighbors, we didn't hear them at all.

Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool while traveling with my three kids, and it was a complete waste. Our room key would not work on the pool door, and the front desk employee flat-out refused to help. She would not reprogram the key, would not walk over to unlock the door, and insisted there was “nothing she could do.” No effort. No customer service. No solution. Just dismissive and unhelpful. If you’re advertising amenities like an indoor pool, you should actually allow guests to use them—especially families who choose this hotel for that reason. Extremely disappointing experience and not worth the money. We will not be staying here again.

Positive: The staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and miniature golf. Negative: The toilet flushing, the toilet clogged as soon as we got there.

Very good place, clean and well maintained. But 10 Mbps speed of internet when you are required to signed up yo use it... that's slow and I dont want to sign up, so no wifi for me. (My Hotspot is faster at 372 Mbps). Wifi is the only issue for me.
