Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport

Pool and hot tub were not open, AGAIN. Our first room was very nice but there was no curtains. Only the sheer one. We moved to another and the tv was very dark and the second blind was broke so we had a very bright light shining in on us all night and then the morning light. Also there were people living at the hotel and one on our floor that liked to use the F word. The shower curtain did not even go all the way around so the floor got wet and the bathroom fan did not work.

This was the dirtiest room I've stayed in, in a long time. From just entering the room you could detect an odor that was not pleasant. The tables in the room had sticky substances on them. The floor was disgusting. The floor also had areas where it was sticky and wet. The fridge had water on top of the door handle so when you went to open it you stuck your fingers in a wet substance. The bathtub and shower had grime all over it. The toilet seat cushion was discolored. The sheets had visible stains on them. When we checked out, the woman at the desk never even asked how our stay was. Unacceptable. Overall, totally unacceptable. For a 150$ stay, the room should have been cleaned properly. We will never stay here again and will be weary staying at comfort inns going forward if this is the kin

We had a terrible experience. They hijacked the rate for parents weekend. Then we downgraded our room from 2 beds to 1 bed. The room was smelly and dirty with visible makings on the curtains. It was a handicapped room which I did not request. It smelled of smoke. The water in the shower was not warm. The hair dryer started smoking and burning. The front desk attendant was unable to supply another hair dryer. There was a light in the parking lot that glared into our room and we were unable to get adequate rest because of it. I visit my daughter in college often in Madison and will not be going back.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in it constantly smelt like smoke,weed,mold or a mix of all it never truly smelt clean. The building is molding and there is a ton of water damage pretty much everywhere. I would find hairs in my bed that weren’t even mine. Do not stay here go somewhere else.

The staff were great, the renovated room was clean and I enjoyed it. The cost for the night was affordable. I would have scored higher, however I was disappointed that the entire hallway smell like smoke. Smoker should be told to smoke outside or have a floor designated for smoker. Sorry
