Comfort Inn & Suites Lakeland North I-4

Could not have been happier, 5 stars across the board! Very convenient location right off the interstate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, nice, spacious, and fully equipped. Large TV, air worked great, bed very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. Will not hesitate to stay there again, highly recommend!

We specifically asked for a quiet room as we had spent the day at a funeral. Instead, we were given a visibly tiny room right next to the laundry chute and across from the elevator facing a very busy street that had cars that sounded like they were racing until very late. We are loyal Choice hotel customers, but this was one of the worst stays ever. The hotel itself was clean and breakfast was adequate, but…it begs the question, were we put in the worst room in the hotel because we were paying with points? You decide.

The price for the room was great. I had stayed at another Comfort Inn about 2 weeks prior and was expecting the same level of breakfast and room quality. That isn't what I experienced. The bed was hard, and the room was a bit shabby. There was missing trim, loose bits of carpet, etc. Breakfast seemed like powdered eggs and meat warmed in the microwave. There was no yogurt in the fridge and no attendant to direct questions to. I would likely stay there again because of the price, but I wouldn't recommend it to visitors without mentioning the trade-offs.

Amazing experience at Comfort Inn & Suites! Kayla welcomed us with a smile and greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. Rahee, the manager passed out donuts from a local bakery on Saturday morning. After learning I have a strict gluten-free diet, he made sure to have a gluten-free donut for me the next morning. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Right off of I-4, heated indoor pool, hot breakfast, comfy rooms, CLEAN! That's the best quick description I can give for someone that is quickly looking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The beds and pillows are comfy, the heater/ac is super responsive and there's always someone waiting to speak with you at the front desk. Definitely a great, clean choice for a hotel!
