Comfort Inn & Suites Dayton Northwest - Englewood

I stayed there the 13th of January 2026, and my stayed was great I had very clean room and the women at the desk ( I believe her name tag said cupcake) she was uplifting and very helpful. I hope she gets recognized for her great work. I will definitely state there again and recommend the my friends and coworkers

The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here a few times, and the quality of the rooms and service has always been good.

After staying at this hotel numerous times, I have found it to be clean and comfortable. Tina at the front desk was personable, professional, and very helpful especially when it came to using the less than user-friendly TV. She didn’t hesitate to come to our room immediately for quick instructions. At the same time Josh in the breakfast area was also friendly and efficient. He kept the tables and surrounding area clean and food choices in good supply. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future as it also is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and I-70.

It was okay. Nothing horrible, nothing great. I checked in late, and the nice man at the front desk gave me a suite upgrade. I didn't really need it, but it was nice. The room smelled incredibly strong of some kind of cleaner or antiseptic. While I appreciate the effort, it was really overwhelming. The room was mainly clean, with the stray hair or crumb here and there. I think a little more attention could be given to cleaning, especially considering how these days they don't even do daily cleaning anymore. If you only have to clean the room one time per guest stay, make it a thorough cleaning. I appreciated the free breakfast. It was standard free hotel breakfast, but the sausage was under cooked and the eggs were extremely dry and clumpy. Anyway, I didn't expect a lot more, so I gave it

The room cards only worked sometimes. They would not work for the pool, we had to get the worker to let us in it. The smell was horrible in the pool room so we didn't stay in there. Went to our jacuzzi suite and had to wait 90 min for it to even fill up. Could not get the tv to work had no instructions in the room on how to log in to watch TV. Had to get help again just to watch TV. We do not plan to stay there again.
