Comfort Inn & Suites

Unfortunately this happened in one of their rooms. I am a member.I also have went to this place several times. The only issue is noise with people running on the floors thats about it. Luckily my children did not get bit. Not saying it could happen to someone else , yet it is sad it happened. I spoke to corporate about it going above the manager and this location because I could not get in contact with a manager at all. So corporate fixed it. Thank you for the great stays here but that eneded it when this happened. I will be going to a different location. One reason is this. Second reason not being able to get a manager. It was documented. It is a good spot but once this happenes I move on. Thank you Comfort Inn corporate for fixing the issue and being professional. I will be looking g for

The hotel was clean and nice. The location is a bit complicated if you are traveling far. Breakfast was good and convenient. Check in was a breeze, everything was fine until Sunday late night when we approached the lady at the counter with questions and concerns and we were greeted with a negative attitude and refusing to work with us, immediately dismissed us and told us to reach a supervisor in the Am. She was so rude.

I stayed here for two nights during the Pinstripe Bowl (December 2025) and had a very disappointing experience.||||Check-in Issue: The afternoon front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I made a mistake and forgot my physical credit card when I switched purses, though I had Google Pay with the same card saved digitally. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't accept Google Pay until check-in. While I understand this was my error, the front desk staff's response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.||They refused to call my sister to verify card information, wouldn't accept an emailed copy, and wouldn't even suggest other nearby hotels. I give the hotel 10/10 for cleanliness. Very impressive. The price, comparatively speaking, was great, especially given the easy access to Manhattan. Service and breakfast were nothing to write home about, but staff were helpful in solving issues that came up.

I had a very positive experience at the Comfort Inn & Suites and am giving it 4 stars overall. The location was the absolute highlight—it couldn't have been more convenient. Both the rooms and service met my expectations for a solid 3-star standard, making for a comfortable and reliable stay.
