Comfort Inn & Suites Boise Airport

I stayed here for about a week, and let me tell you, that was the most comfortable bed I've slept on I think ever. Sheets were ridiculously soft. And they allow pets for a reasonable rate? Not to be confused with the comfort suites on Vista, The comfort Inn& suites was amazing. Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, did I mention the rooms were amazingly comfortable? Hotel definitely earns its name :) I would give more stars if I could, definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. I dealt directly with Comfort Inn & Suites Boise Airport and even though it was a little more expensive than if I had gone through a 3rd party to make the reservations I was so happy to go the direct route. Everyone was approachable and enjoyable when I had questions. The breakfast each morning is delicious and has everything available. Everyone is smiling and helpful and there is enough tables etc to accommodate everyone. Just enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

This is a delightful venue. Southwest cancelled my flight at 11:00 pm so they were obligated to put me up overnight. I could not have asked for a better experience under such adverse circumstances. My room was perfect: neat, clean, smelled nice (something I’m sensitive to). The best aspect of this was the service team! The shuttle driver was as nice as a human could possibly be, and the desk manager, Ben, was equally as cordial. This hotel is super close to the airport too.

This was a quick stay just to sleep and get breakfast before continuing on a cross country road trip. The room was clean and looked pretty new with a comfy bed and 4 pillows of varying firmness. There was a small stain on the end of one of the towels, but they did provide 4 towels, 4 washcloths and 4 hand towels, so that wasn’t a problem. My only other complaint is that there was an empty water bottle left behind the headboard of one of the beds, but I probably would’ve never seen it if we didn’t have cats because they were crawling around back there. The hotel did have a pretty standard hot breakfast with a waffle station, eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, pastries and yogurt. Everything and everyone was amazing. The hotel was clean and comfortable and checkin was easy and smooth. Two points: someone took all the cookies. I know that was not the hotel responsibility, but the plate. The empty plate. It was just sitting there and made me crave cookies. (We stayed at a Double Tree and they had a warmer and handed people fresh cookies as people checked in. THAT was amazing! Just a thought! 🙂) The other item:not related to the hotel, but irresponsible pet owners. We went to walk our pup at night and there was poop everywhere! There is a bag and rubbish station right there, as well, but so many people just couldn’t be bothered. You should put some cameras out there. I for one do not want to pay a high pet fee due to some irresponsible people.
