Comfort Inn & Suites Athens North

Very clean room! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast AMAZING! lost of options. The only problem… we had to reach down to front desk because the remote was missing. But staff brought one very quickly! So, probably shouldn’t consider that as a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Hallways smell of weed and it’s a bit rundown - but was okay for a one night stay. As you can see from the pictures - there is a lot of wear and tear plus stains on the furniture. It wasn’t terrible but definitely worth noting if you’re going to stay here. It was a large room and the beds were comfortable.

Positive: Good location. Good breakfast. Negative: Hotel is very dated and not in great condition. Walls are banged up, sofa bed mattress was badly stained. Not enough usb connections in the room. Toilet did not flush well and sink was clogged up. Vending machine did not work. Not a great experience.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They clam to have a fitness center. It is not a fitness center. It has 1 treadmill and a bike and no weights. Sofa in the room has collapsed from wear. It smells bad. I know now why the won’t give refunds / cancellations. I will never stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Quick check in and check out. Show curtain rod was loose which caused the curtain to hang in the tub…. Tub was not draining…. Couldn’t keep curtain closed because it was hanging in the water
