Your front desk person, Melody Sanchez, greeted me and my wife very warmly. She was knowledgeable and professional when talking to us. She even took the time to take us to the breakfast area since it was the first time at your facility. We were only going to stay 1 night. Our experience with her brought us back a second night. It is very rare these days to get a front desk hotel person to even smile at you. We will return to your property as we come to Staten Island often. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Melody is a keeper.

Positive: Location was very convenient since it is near the highway. The beds were comfy and room was good. Negative: The bathtub stopper in room 119 wouldn't allow the water to accumulate for a bath. The ice machine in the basement didn't work.

Good price and good breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly, Melody S. Friendly and professional. We couldn’t turn off the lights of the headboard and she show us how to. Thank you!

Stayed 4 nights and not once did house keeping come to clean. We complained multiple times to front desk staff and they kept telling us they would send someone the next day and no one came. At one point, our toilet clogged, no one came to fix it. Eventually had to ask front desk for a plunger to unplug it ourselves. On the second night, they tried to offer us a new room but the desk employee found out the two available weren't even cleaned. We had to stay in our original room. No new towels or anything were brought up had to retrieve them from the desk. Will be asking for a partial refund.

when i booked it was different rate. Due to state emergency & bad weather i checked in late. The phone number given on website was not working for this motel. Front desk employee was not trained when i checked in he asked me to pay new rate or leave. I don't have choice because i am with family. He charged my card with big amount & screwed my whole trip. The wondering thing is he note no show on booking & charged different big amount. Its robbery without gun
