Comfort Inn Pittsburgh Crafton

It's an easy to navigate building with easy to spot signage right where the information is needed telling you which room numbers are to the left & which are to the right. The room was great. There was a hot tub in there. Never saw that in a Comfort Inn before. It's was pretty neat and fit the way the rooms are furnished.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and always helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers worldwide today.

Booked a certain room type through a third party. Got to the hotel and was told I couldn’t book that room type online the was charged an upcharge but still didn’t get the correct room type booked. When we checked into the room, the mirrors were dirty, there was a glob of hair on the hairdryer and there was a dirty sock under the sofa. Management needs to correct the room issue and address cleaning staff to ensure guest rooms are cleaned better.

Positive: Comfortable and very clean bed. It seems it had new bedding. The room and shower were very clean. Negative: Breakfast was not the same as other Comfort Inn. It was very basic.

Staff members were polite, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed, which added to a positive experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport options. While some areas could benefit from minor improvements, the hotel offered good value for money and met expectations for a relaxing stay.
