Comfort Inn Missoula North Shopping District

We have stayed at several hotels in that area while traveling. I will write about one other one on their site-not a nice review for them. THIS comfort in was outstanding!!!! We have stayed at some very nice hotels-two weeks ago at the JW Marriott and this was nicer than that! The room was QUIET! The room was CLEAN! check in and out was simple and the breakfast, which we never eat, was actually edible and great! APPLAUSE to them!

My wife and I like to stay at comfort inn Missoula on reserve because of location to everything we need in town and also we have a dod that stays with us, anyway my wife fell in the parking lot of the hotel because of bad lighting and had to go to the emergency room at st pats hospital. After getting X-ray was told that her knee cap was broken actually fractured, we spent almost 4 hours at the hospital before they let us go. I reported this to the front desk person and she said she left the manager a note on I guess her email anyway 3 days later I called the comfort inn to tell them about our stay and it was like no one cared that it happened I was not compensated for my night I spent 4 hours at the hospital or the bad stay we had at the hotel usually we stay at comfort inn but I think t

Room was comfortable. Quiet. Couldn’t adjust heat. Day staff was wonderful but when checking in evening shift was not overly friendly or explained fees associated on top of room charge. Hot tub was extremely chlorinated. Peoples eyes were watering/burning from the fumes.

Excellent friendly service from front end staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Heated toilet seat was a great surprise and greatly appreciated. The bed sheets were so soft and sublime. Thank you for the great experience.

The staff was great and the room was nice, with a comfortable bed. However at this price the hot breakfast that was promised was not good, and we really needed it before a long travel day ahead of us. The eggs appeared to be shaped like fried eggs but were rubbery and inedible. (Please stick with scrambled.) Not worth the price we paid in our opinion, but if the breakfast had been better we would recommend this hotel.
