Comfort Inn Manistique

We stayed here because it was in the right place on our trip at the right price but found it very memorable for all the right reasons- very clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and with some special touches. The public area is set up like a private loungew - comfortable chairs etc, the christmas decorations were better than any other hotel we've stayed at, free hot cookies in the evening along with fresh popcorn. We'll be staying here again when we go across the UP in the future.

Extremely clean room, hallways, and lobby… fantastic selections for breakfast, and area continually being tended to. Observed 27 USGS trucks, trailers and support vehicles; along with numerous personnel… everyone was courteous, non-rowdy, and the motel and surrounds area were very quiet. Staff was very accommodating to our needs… I will definitely give this facility a FIVE STAR RATING. And be assured, in my wife’s and my remaining years, we (ages 82 & 84, respectively) will be staying at this Comfort Inn many times more! It was our 53rd Anniversary, and we really enjoyed our stay and time there, and the surrounding areas: Manistique, Newberry, Seney, Munising, and Marquette!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. A special thank you to the team for helping us find our child’s lost toy. Their care and attention meant so much to us! Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of warmth. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

Hotel was pretty nice. Could tell the bathroom was upgraded recently. Took a couple points off because the baggage cart tire was flat and that created multiple trips up stairs/elevators with luggage. Also there were multiple strands of hair found around then room...kinda gross.

Rooms were clean, comfortable & perfect. The morning breakfast was well done. But the biggest reason for my score of 10 was the staff members. Kind, courteous and professional, they took care of every detail throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more.
