Comfort Inn Joliet West I-80

Positive: Mattresses weren’t too bad Negative: Bathroom is disgusting and old, filth piled in all corners. Carpet felt dingy.

From the moment of calling to confirm my reservation to asking for a receipt as I was leaving, the staff was great. My stay was quiet and clean. I will make this spot my go to each time i'm in the area. Restraunt within walking distance from the hotel which is a big plus. Water pressure in the shower was just right. Cleanliness even in the lobby area and the breakfast area was great.

So far so good, 3 week stay in progress....rooms are clean tv reception and wifi are crappy possibly the location of hotel not sure. Beds comfortable Housekeepings little iffy...alot of short cuts it appears, but overall nothing crazy. Rooms got a lady bug problem but doesn't bother me. I'll update as the stay continues. The complimentary Breakfast was extremely nice!

Second time at this hotel. This was certainly not as nice as the first time. Room 225, tile in the bathroom was really badly maintained. Grout was almost all cracked, tiles were wavy and humidity from showers below could be felt in the bathroom so there must have been gaps in the floor. Refrigerator worked but had a constant ticking sound so I had to leave it unplugged most of the time. Also the exterior side door that looks like it was supposed to be locked and key-card operated was unlocked 100% of the time. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough for the rate but those two issues definitely lowered my rating.

The location is amazing and the bar across the street is awesome. Ok rooms, very loud like all the time. Good breakfast and breakfast hours. My room was clean but they did put me in a room with a connected room which sucks and I didn't ask for it. There wifi sucks and TVs are pretty good
