Fantastic experience. Location was amazing—near everything but quiet. Hotel was very clean and I felt very safe with the friendly and attentive staff on duty. The room was pretty spacious and had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The free breakfast was appreciated, as was the guest laundry room. The snack selection was also great. With such reasonable room rates and pet fee, I look forward to coming back.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience during our stay. Although the hotel is advertised as non-smoking, the entire floor we stayed on had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable.||I was also incorrectly charged for four extra guests when there was only one additional person. When I called the front desk to fix it, the staff member questioned whether he should “believe me” that my daughters are 11, as they attempted to charge for them as well. This was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Even after addressing the mistake, I was not fully refunded. We stayed here for one night after attending an event in town and paid $130 for the room. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. Our entire floor reeked of marijuana so strongly that it woke us up in the middle of the night. The odor was overwhelming, made me nauseous, and prevented us from sleeping. We were also traveling with our baby, which made the situation even more concerning. When I reported this to the front desk, I expected at least an apology or some effort to address the issue. Instead, my complaint was dismissed. I was told “someone could have been smoking outside” and that “there was no one in the rooms around us,” despite the smell being extremely strong and clearly inside the hotel. Unbelievable that is place is still getting business. Mold in the elevator. Looks nothing like the photos online. They didn’t even have actual duvet covers, just two sheets one for top one for bottom sandwiching a dirty duvet. Not to even mention the mattress cover is FILTHY. I work in a hotel, this is completely disrespectful to the guests. I asked if they had an actual duvet cover, said yes and brought me TWO SHEETS AGAIN. pool closed at 9pm and doesn’t open until 9am!
