Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

We arrived the night before the Blizzard of 2026 and were there for two nights. The room we were initially assigned was on the second floor but the elevator was out of service, and we were too tired and too old to drag our stuff up stairs. So Sean at the front desk was very helpful, and re-assigned us to a first floor room next to an exit near our car. The room was clean and things were great until the next morning when power went out due to the Blizzard. (The entire hotel and nearly all of Cape Cod had no power that day and for several more days.). While the storm raged, we sat in our hotel room, with no heat and no lights and no anything. We love staying here because the location is awesome! We usually go here twice a year and are generally happy with the customer service. The rooms are very clean. It is too bad that they are not replacing the tubs they are not in good shape, clean, but could either use a replacement or painting... and they do not have any shelves in the bathroom area by the shower. Not a deal breaker... we will come back year after year and hope it stays open. One thing this time is that breakfast is included but one of the heating trays were empty and no eggs were service with the sausage and potatoes. Again, very clean and I am totally picking on cleanliness... and location cannot be beat... Thanks, Mary Ann

We were given an anniversary getaway for two nights at the Comfort Inn. It was chosen because they have a pet friendly section, that works for us (two King Charles Spaniels) because we hate to leave to pups in a kennel. The entire Inn was spotless including our room and all of the hallways we needed to go through. There were none of the strange "odors" that often come along with pet friendly accommodations. Also worth noting, the Inn seemed to be quite full with many commercial trucks and (I assume) construction workers, yet the place was quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again even if we don't have our dogs with us! Thanks for your hospitality!

Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and the breakfast especially the sausages and waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in a little early. The rooms could use a little love but overall positive experience. The motel is right on Main Street, easy walk to the water and restaurant.

Great location!! Not super expensive! The people that worked there including the person that kept the breakfast filled were very very friendly! They even accommodated us with connecting rooms. The rooms were very clean… tubs can use some updating! But we will definitely go back again!
