Comfort Inn Gold Coast

Greeted with a hole in the ceiling that was leaving what looked like shavings on our toilet, they did patch it swiftly but still a pain to be greeted with that. Then the sprinkler head started leaking 2 nights into our stay. Staff was friendly and luckily maintenance was there both times we had an issue but was still not happy with how this was in our room, plus the hosing to the AC unit was just laying out in the floor and the TV was disabled not allowing us to plug in a cord to stream from the labtop, tried every trick we knew and nothing worked. Was forced to watch 2-99 channels however 16 of them were snowy, 3 were frozen on the same picture for the 4 nights we were there. Great location, friendly staff but poor room.

Each year our group visits for Super Bowl weekend. Meghan and the staff have never disappointed us. This year with the frigid cold weather, there were heating issues at Dennys restaurant which caused them to be closed. The bay side rooms could not keep up with the near 0 temps. All of this out of the control of the hotel and staff. I personally witnessed maintenance staff and contractors addressing the issue. Space heaters were purchased for the conference room to keep our party comfortable.I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We will be returning!

We just had a family Gathering at the Comfort Inn Gold Coast Mall in Ocean City, MD from November 7 -9 2025. Meghan, the sales manager was phenomenal with booking the rooms and meeting room space for my family gathering. She made sure everything went well and didn't miss a beat. Denise, Sydney, and the front Desk manager (I didn't get her name) provided excellent customer service. The gentlemen who assisted with all my family needs regarding the meeting room space where very attentive and personable. I had 34 family members stay at the hotel and a total of 52 who attended our family luncheon on Saturday. This was a 6 month planning process and Meghan was gracious through it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your family gathering or just a place to stay for a getaway. My fam

Reasonable price, indoor heated pool& hot tub, Dennys is adjacent to the hotel, and you receive 10% discount there and a few other stores that's in walking distance. The staff is friendly at front desk, on the elevator, in the Restaurant, clean decent rooms. Our 2nd time bringing in the New Year there.

Good Morning, I am Pedro E.Perez I give my score 10 because and maybe 20 because when you arrive the really takecare you fast and a really nice welcome those 2 girls they work in the front dest are really Proffesional and helpfull . Mrs: Nelly is Really nice and more than Proffesional she takecare any issue if we have and she make sure everyone is ok. I been staying there now for few year and i love the place, workers are really nice and others employers is really convinience have the restaurant Dennys next door the employers there are really nice also when you arrive to eat there. But One think they need to have some one directing people how to Part the trailers and NOT TO WASTE SPACE so People dont get to argument outside my OPinion like others HOTEL THEY DO. it Happen outside Friday
