Comfort Inn Fort Myers Northeast

The personal service was excellent. I stayed two nights. Breakfast Saturday morning was not very good. Very basic. The eggs were cold, as were the sausage links. There was a microwave on a different side of the room, but I didn't notice it before I had to leave for the day. The regular coffee had run out. Sunday's breakfast was much better. Everything was warm. Ice machine only on the first floor. So was the fully loaded vending machine, but it was out of order. The 3rd floor room was quite nice. Housekeeping was excellent. I'd stay here again.

Very clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, great location, and great breakfast! The place is currently going through a renovation and it’s been great, I was staying there for work. It’s quiet and very clean, no issues.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room and services offered at this comfort Inn after reviewing reviews that rated it only 3.5. We found the lobby and the room very clean. Beds very comfortable, The breakfast buffet very good & Cracker Barrel & Starbucks is just a short walk away. Located minutes from downtown Fort Myers and adjacent to I 75. Booked the reservation online, but when I called to confirm the room was ready I was told the elevators were not currently working and was offered a first floor room, which was appreciated.

I was a little apprehensive booking this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. Was very pleasantly surprised . Room was clean, fairly modern and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was another plus, they had waffles you could make, eggs filled with cheese, sausage, muffins and yogurt. Shower was nice and hot too. Only down side would be there is very little if any insulation between rooms so you could hear your neighbors. Luckily they weren’t loud. Would recommend this hotel if you’re passing through.

I booked and received room 207, took my things into the room and went to dinner across the street. Came back to room after dinner and was getting ready to take a shower. Turned the light on in the bathroom and seen 4 roaches go under the toilet. Then went to between the two queen beds and noticed more small roaches on the floor after turning the light on. They scattered under the bed, turned around to grab my things from the dresser and seen 2 more on the floor. Went down to the desk with pictures and video. Ashlee the clerk tried to get ahold of her boss Trevor. He took 20 min to get back to her with her was only going to give me a discount. I said that is not good enough I want my full refund. She has tried to get ahold of him for 20 more min. She Finally got ahold of him again. He said
