We rented out the hotel for a family fun thing to do. No soap in the showers, beds were broke, blow kegs had stuff on them. We did have some issues with the pool. We made a mistake took food in the pool. But quickly took it out when told not all our. But then the guy sat with us for almost 45 mi it’s to make sure we have rooms. When we in fact had enough rooms for everyone there. Just felt very uncomfortable. The bathrooms down there had no attention at all. And no towels in the pool house next day. The front desk staff was friendly though! And the breakfast next day was Decent. The girl did well doing it alone!

The entire hotel is under construction right now. Non stop noise, pounding, doors slamming, power tools...etc. They should have lowered the cost each day for the inconvenience. The jacuzzi was never up and running. The hallway coming from the pool was freezing cold, and I mean freezing cold going back to the room. Not all of the staff was friendly. The worker at breakfast was not friendly, she always was watching every move you made. I could not get late checkout, after the entire month of December I stayed everyday - paid on time everyday - kept the room clean - never bothered with anyone coming to clean my room until I checked out. I never asked for anything other than toliet paper. The water was rusty yellow sometimes and the temperature of the water got cold after 2 mins of taking a sh

It looks like the remodel is only replacing carpet not good. Our room was not like others on being dirty, HOWEVER there was a pill on the ground by the bathtub and these days with fentanyl dangerous who knows how long its been there. This was not the worst thing, The pool which I was looking forward to (the hot tub hasn't worked in years ) the pool floor you dont want our feet touching to step on its coming off it needs resurfacing, as soon as I was in the deep end there was black mold on the wall!!! I immediately got out and for it I got sick for 3 days over it. The windows are gross and old can see mold&dirt in them and walking down the hallway either the windows are broken on the bottom cold air is coming thru them and it was October and cold wait til December see how bad it is then. 1. Front clerk stated the room number aloud when checking in 2. Building C entrance was unlocked for public (i.e. cardboard was taped around lock) 3. Iron board in room was rusty and dirty 4. Places in the room were visibly not clean upon arrival (i.e. lamps, faucets, bathroom) 5. Toilet took forever to flush 6. No hot water even after running water three different times. 7. Drain for the tub had rust stains on tub and was hanging 8. Overall felt unsafe 9. Dust everywhere in the room

A client of my company used this hotel because of the location and parking lot. I have stayed here three times and each time the rooms have been visibly uncleaned. The first tile it was the bed and bathroom. I was so tired after a long drive that i just checked on of the beds and it seemed clean so i just went to sleep. I woke up to my skin breaking out. I should not have done that. I had to basically clean the room myself before being able to eat or take a shower. The next time, the room wasn’t as dirty just old and dingy looking. It smelled so much like weed smoke that i had a contact and fell asleep as if drugged immediately. Then the remote didn’t work and i had to change rooms anyway. This last time was enough for my client to change our hotel. Not only had the room not been vacuumed
