Comfort Inn

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The property was very clean and well maintained, including the rooms and outside parking area. My room was comfortable, spotless, and nicely set up, which made my stay very relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with great service. I will definitely stay here again!

The new management does not seem to care about the state of the hotel. It has taken a serious downturn in cleanliness with rooms infested with rodents and roaches. I have been staying at this hotel multiple times per year when I come into town for business. This was my first stay under the new management and it's clear that the room maintenance is not a priority. On my second night I discovered a mouse in my room. I was moved to another room and not long after getting into that one, I started to see small roaches climbing on the walls near the workspace and the bathroom sink area. There was also mold in the bathroom in a spot where it was clear that tiles had fallen off the wall. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Found dirty underwear in the bed and bugs in the room. Multiple cops also showed up the 2nd night and woke everyone up. Definitely will never be staying in this hotel and would never recommend anyone else to do so as well.

UPDATE: The GM posted a response below that feels copy & pasted. The hotel ALREADY has my information and was supposed to call me back, and still never reached out. It continues to feel as though they don’t take customer concerns seriously. Original review: I rarely leave reviews, but I’m sharing this to document my experience. The room was very dirty and had a strong musty odor. During the stay, I found bugs in the room that I initially assumed were ticks. After looking more closely later, they appeared consistent with bed bugs. Following morning I woke up with a large number of intensely itchy bites in clusters that look like bed bug bites. I am a Choice hotels member, and this location was the best price rated at least 3.0 in town, that had interior (rather than exterior) doors to each room, which I prefer. The room seemed clean, there was a free breakfast (usual hotel fare in terms of array and quality), and everything went smoothly as far as booking, check in, and check out. Would definitely consider staying here again on future visits. Thank you!
