Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

Stay was nice. Staff was very friendly. A light bulb in the shower went out the first night. I told front desk staff and while we were gone the day we came back and it was replaced. We never got hot water in the bathroom sink nor warm. I forgot to tell them about it. Overall our stay was still good. We slept well, bed was comfortable.

It will s the average cheaper hotel. We saved a few bucks and miles coming here. Odd things are the bathroom water pressure in the sink is crap. Shower works better unless someone else is taking a shower close by. Weirdest thing is a ticking noise in the wall. Breakfast was pretty good but again the cheaper hotel. The room itself is nice and well setup. The bed however is even harder than my bed at home. The floor might be softer. Anyway good for the price. Oh hot tub out of order.

Positive: Guy that was there when we check in was great and the lady that cleans was helpful Negative: Shower leaked all over floor had to use all towels to clean up. Went to tell front desk to look at it all they did was bring clean towel problem wasn’t fix and left the wet ones

This property, and the staff, were top tier from beginning to end! The parking lot and entry portico were spotless and well lit (and smelled very nice as well!). The person behind the counter was calm, competent and efficient - what I needed after a long day on the road. The room was spacious and the details were there (comfortable bed! Soft towels! Clean corners! GIANT shower!). A hot breakfast was there to get me started, and I! LOVE! A! WAFFLE! My last contact got me out the door quickly and with the receipt I needed. I was on the road all week with a different hotel each night - you won. Period

The place is simply, dirty & run down. Our Room 229 needed the filthy carpets shampooed. The smell was not pleasant in our room. But the entire building needed a refresh. The stairwells were atrocious, the chairs in the breakfast room were threadbare. It didn’t seem that anyone cared besides collecting money at the front desk. I simply won’t be back, and there are numerous hotels in the area to choose from that aren’t associated with the Comfort in Name. I chose the hotel because it was near the Crystal Bridges Museum, I won’t make that mistake again… Tim Keen
