My room experience is based on my regular room. Never have roaches, and the normal is quiet. The air works well and the bed is comfortable. Never felt worried or threatened, and I'm neither armed nor imposing. As for crime: don't leave things all day or all night in an open vehicle; but that's everywhere. Otherwise there's nothing really going on unless you are trying to be involved in something. But be aware this is a discount motel, and you get what you pay for. To me it is the safest discount motel on this side of the city and for the whole five miles of Victory Dr. I wouldnt stay on Victory closer to town.

Nothing works in that hotel — absolutely nothing! The door handle was a total disaster; you could spin it like the hands of a clock! I felt so unsafe staying there, especially as a woman arriving alone. The door barely closed, it was flimsy and shaky — I honestly have no idea how this place is still standing. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, the showerhead literally fell off while I was showering and hit my arm with the force of the water! It was a nightmare. They have bed bugs, they have roaches, and cheat you out of your money every chance they get. Im asked to be moved to a king size room because we have alot of stuff, and he wont move us. Our room is packed. We pay 308 for a one bed room. They have 2 washers and dryers and this entire facility.

Where is the ZERO star rating? We got stuck at this supposed hotel with a special last minute deal through Priceline. (Pay the non-refundable special rate and then find out what hotel they booked you in.) Arrived at the OYO. Claimed they had no reservation for us. I showed the guy the confirmation on my phone. Shrugged his shoulders. “Not in the system. Can’t help you. You can have a room for $65”. Called OYO as Priceline recommended. OYO claims that the property had canceled our reservation because they did not have a room available and that a refund was being “processed”. Priceline said there is no refund being processed. What a hassle. Now I can waste my time chasing a refund. Unbelievable that Priceline calls this dump one of their partners. Makes me wonder about Priceline as well.

This place is so disgusting when we arrived at our our room it was so dirty there was cockroaches, the sheets and pillows were stained yellow and the bed cover had holes in it and there was absolutely no heating at all !! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE as it is not safe whatsoever !!
