Colonial Pool & Spa Motel

This place is absolutely infested with roaches. They are in the fridges, microwaves, TV's, air conditioners, they come out of the outlets and even the beds are infested with these roaches. The owners don't care. The health department, the code enforcement, nobody cares. I wish I knew who to contact because people's health is at serious risk there.

Sadness saw us visit Launceston due to a Bereavement of a family member. The Quality Colonial motor inn was the chosen stay. The staff were aware of our loss and then made our stay very tranquil . The restaurant had a very rustic appeal that produced a great menu, this we enjoyed on three occasions, scrumptious. A memorable part of the stay was seeing Dale’s two Labradors sitting on the pillar at the entrance to the motel, these dogs were very obedient We look forward to our next stay. ||Pam & Richard

The room smelled extremely like disinfectant. The light didn't work. A generator ran all night. The shower head sprays in all directions. There was no trash can. The reception was unfriendly. Never again. The room isn't worth $90.

I didn’t take any pictures as I wanted to take my family out of there asap! The place smelled weird, there were no towels near the sink, it didn’t have a coffee maker, dryer, or sofa. The two full beds were undone when we got there and barely fit in the room, the walls were dirty and even more in the bathroom. It seemed people and drug dealers lived there. The door didn’t open well. It seemed people lived there and there was a guy fixing his truck in there. The internet and cable didn’t work. Even when I was checking in, they were having trouble with the computer or internet. The toilet was loose and when I reported it, a guy came in with a screw driver and said he fixed it but it wasn’t fixed. There’s no way you can fix a toilet with a screw driver. It needed nuts to bolt it to

DO NOT EVER GET A ROOM HERE!! Needed to stay somewhere for the night, looked okay from outside, and booked a 2 bed, but this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. walked in to a musky mold smell, graffiti all over the walls, a bathroom door with a giant crack in it that looks like it was put back together after being kicked in, it also didn't close at all so no privacy in the bathroom, holes all over the walls plastered over not even painted, random screws sticking out the wall for no apparent reason, what I think was mold coming through the walls, and two massive mirrors with a crack all the way across covering the wall next to the left side bed. I highly doubt our room had ever been cleaned. Like, AT ALL. Floor was disgusting, made my feet black like I was standing in the stre
