Coastal Palms Beach Hotel

ALL the front desk person were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean. The balcony had ocean view (added bonus) However the only issue it was located right over the restaurant, and we heard the crowd later at night (not a major issue). However, every morning our balcony was on the 4th level and also located directly over the restaurants dumpster AND it was emptied by he truck every morning (noisy!)|These are not deal breakers. WE WILL look into staying here again in the future!!

Positive: Location Negative: It felt dirty, had mold on the ceiling, carpet was moist. Housekeeping did not come. The furniture was crumbling under the refrigerator and air conditioning did not work in the bedroom area.

Great priced hotel on ocean block. Not the best service. Had to ask for fresh towels even tho housekeeping came. Your only aloud one bag of ice a day there is no self serve machine at the moment. Pool is smaller than pictures and is 4 ft deep. Very close to ocean with great sunrises.(about a 5 min walk. The boardwalk via public transit is about a 30 minute ride. Decent location in the middle of a lot of stuff. A Wawa and 7 eleven is across the street. There was no smoking in balcony’s however there is a smoking area. Vending prices not the worst I’ve seen in the area at other hotels. The second floor has a community bathroom which is useful for the family suites.

Room was nice. Stayed in a suite had a pull out couch bed and a tv in that room and 2 queen beds in the bedroom with a tv. The setup was nice and no noise from anyone else staying there. Shower didn't have the best pressure. No smoking or vaping in the hotel or on the balcony which confused me as why there was no smoking or vaping on the balcony but overall it was a cozy place to rest our heads. The service at the desk was friendly and quick. The location kind of sucked since it's on 120th st but at the same time we knew that when we booked it so 🤷‍♀️I mean even though it was farther away from most stuff in the city it was very close to the beach we also had a restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel called the original crabcake factory which we did not end up eating at but there was a l

Rooms were clean and location was perfect. The staff was pleasant and friendly except for one lady- she was miserable and gave me a hard time about asking for a bag of ice. Had to give my name and room number and was told not to ask for anymore because it’s only one bag per day. I didn’t have this issue with any of the other front desk help. My other issues were that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low and there noise from outside. The doors are thin and you could see the light from the outside through the frame- causing any outside noise to sound like it was inside your room. From people talking to the traffic.
