It’s a place to lay your head and about a block and a half from the beach. To start off, when checking in I was informed of the $100 damage security deposit. They claimed it was on booking.com. When I went to see, it is very small print. $10 a night to park in their parking lot. So for us an additional $130 at check in after already paying for the hotel in full. We arrived around 8pm, didn’t tell us where our room was located, and no lights were on in the hallways so we had to use our flashlight on our phones to find our way around. Basic room, 2 double beds, very high (I’m 5’2” and had a hard time getting onto the bed) 6 spot cubical as a dresser with mirror, table for 2 small fridge. Sand all over the floor when we checked in. Most INCONSIDERATE property l've ever booked with in my lifeee! Had problems with my trip and they refused to refund me or move my stay to a different date- with ZERO explanation why. !! My 300$ for ONE night, went to WASTE! Staff lacks communication skills- i REGRET booking at this place! Never using booking.com ever again. Booking.com nor the Property Management could tell me who was responsible for fixing my reservation . If i could give ZERO stars i would !

Positive: Overcharging customers is not ok! Even though paid a cash deposit 👎🏻 charged $100 on the 16 then another $100 on the 18th! Negative: $100 deposit was paid in cash and we was charged either way on the credit card! Not just once but twice! Once on the 16th of July and again on the 18th! Still no refund! 😡

The room was infested with insects everywhere. There was also bags of garbage just sitting in the nearby stairwell. I left soon after I arrived. I didn't have time last minute to find a hotel in my price range, or one with a good enough rating nearby. So I had to cancel my entire vacation.

This is a real time review as our family is currently on vacation in Ocean City. We were slightly skeptical given previous reviews and the exterior of the property. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk came up to check us in. She was very nice and we shot the breeze while she checked me in. We got a first floor room that has a little chair outside as rooms are none smoking. When we walked in we weren’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was SPOTLESS and freshly mopped we could still smell the bleach. The furniture was all new and the linens were freshly laundered.
