Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort

If you are assigned a bottom floor room, don’t bother going at all. We had a terrible experience. The AC unit was loud and right outside bedroom window so it woke us up several times when it kicked in. We had no view of anything and were pretty far from either pool area. The units should be redone so everyone has a top and bottom floor side by side. We were able to hear the people upstairs walking and running around. They never came to clean the room the entire time we were there so we never got any replacement coffee or beds made. For the money we paid that’s not right. Fortunately we were here to see the Island so it was more of an annoyance that we overpaid for a sub par room. There were far nicer places we could have stayed in and paid maybe the same or a little more. We had a blast v

Units are a bit worn and dirty, for the price it’s definitely not worth it. These feel like a local motel. The timeshare counter folks are pushy. They charge you $40 to get you to attend the presentation. The pool is OK nothing special. The Jacuzzi is small, with rocks at your feet. Thought the wrist band with built in room access chip were brilliant.

Weird policies here , I am an owner here as well, had to pull teeth to get a second key!! They front desk only offered 1 key and asked me to come down in the morning At 8:30 am and sit through a meeting and get the rest of my keys, while she had a big stack on the desk, stupid policies causing low star reviews. Give the customers thier keys and stop these ridiculous policies . How are you going to offer a guest only 1 key. This place is going down hill, they used to have lei making and other activities by the pool no more no activities and 1 key for customer I guess

Had a great experience here! Staff were friendly and the service was quick and outstanding. Pools were always warm, and the jacuzzi hot. It’s perfect distance to everything you want to do in Kona. Everything you need is provided within your room. Only complaint is being harass to do their “seminar”.

Newly renovated condos with high end furnishings. Nice pools. New BBqs. Friendly staff. Pushy timeshare sales.
