Clean and Basic. I saw no problems with this property except that it is a little dated.

Lot lizards and weed : The room was comfortable and the hotel itself is in a great location. Perfectly placed right beside king’s dominion amusement. However, watch your surroundings. There were sketchy people at the playground. A woman sits at the playground all day with her belongings and offers weed to everyone. I guess that’s ok if you’re into that kind of thing. I didn’t think that was good though, especially at a playground. She waited until she thought I left and came to my door. She then proceeded to ask my male friend to come inside. She was obviously told no. Upon talking with other guests, they to experienced this. I would not return to this hotel with my family.

For the price we got, and the location, it wasn't terrible. But when we went to use the coffee pot in our room, we opened it to find mold. Our toilet barely flushed. The beds were fine, but there was only 2 tiny pillows per bed. Lot of dust in all the corners. "Breakfast" was a handful of muffins and yogurt cups. We just needed it for the night after a long day at Kings Dominion, so I can't complain too much. But not sure we will be staying here again.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. AC worked properly. Big TV. The outdoor pool was open in September and it was very clean. Got a great deal on the room first night through one of those apps. The second night was less than $100. The fridge was not working, I mentioned it to the front desk, and the new fridge was in the room when I got back. I am very pleased with my experience overall

Not the cleanest of rooms and definitely a bit out-dated for the price. Staff were pretty friendly though. Wasn’t sure how safe the area was, a few people were hanging out by the side door smoking and a police car was driving around the lot. The room was quiet and it was fine for a quick stay c
