Clarion Pointe Wake Forest - Raleigh North

We staid at this hotel while visiting family. Checking in was smooth and easy. Our room was clean. We needed extra sheets for the pullout and got them right away. Overall good experience. You can tell there was some type of upgrades made to the room recently. Felt like it was still being updated in some areas (places you can see the old carpet). They had an indoor pool and hot breakfast. Breakfast was pretty standard. We had a hot tub bath which was nice. It also was the shower and the drain was a little slow. All in all it was a good experience. The staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

I rate as a 1 NO HOT water this morning first hotel/motel that has never let me check in early. The place was empty so it was that I had to wait for a clean room. Don’t take room on parking lot as guests come in all hours and toot their horn I changed rooms at 11:30 pm left a pair of pants in the drawer. Never got the pants back staff said it was not in the drawer. Well it’s not in my suitcase or car.

I drive a Box Truck and had gotten stuck in Wake Forest due to the winter storm. No available truck stop with parking available so I got a room here. Everything was Great!!! The service at the front desk was awesome! The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was great as well! I stayed there for three nights!!! It was an awesome experience. I saved it on my trucking app. I will be coming back whenever I'm in need of a good stay!

This is my second time at this hotel. My last visit a couple years back wasn’t great, but this time it had improved. The New paint scheme and decor really help. The only downside is how thin the walls are. You can hear people talking down the hall and anyone walking on the floor above you. All in all not a bad stay for one night.

I had a very Clean room as well as a hot tub in the bathroom which worked I had no issues. Everything was clean. It was very spacious. The bed is soft and relaxing, and it was a good size room very appreciative. and even had its own private bathroom with a pocket door so somebody could use the bathroom while somebody else is in brushing their teeth. We’re having to take a shower. I am extremely happy with the room and the service that I have received Charles. He’s a good man and this is a great establishment for the price
