Clarion Pointe Medford

What a pleasure to find such a fine hotel so close to a major freeway. We were so pleased with the hotel, not just the rooms, but the staff and all the amenities. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, and it is very nice, with plenty of choices. The rooms are lovely; roomy and sparkling clean and the tub was just what you want at the end of a long day's drive.

The room is absolutely beautiful like staying at a spa.. my son loves playing in the pool. The hot tub is very relaxing and the layout is easy for me to supervise my child while he went swimming. The breakfast was super delicious and the host was very kind. Friendly atmosphere with exceptional customer service just ask for anything. As a mother traveling a lot for work, this property is the safest stay. Not a lot of weirdos in the parking lot. For the price you just can't beat it. I see a lot of false information on previous reviews maybe people that want to scam free stuff and not earn. Clarion in Medford is my top tier

Despite signs all over the hotel saying smoke free. A lot of it smelled of it. There was a cigarette butt on the ground in the hallway one evening. Cigarette holes in our bed's comforter, curtains, and a possible melted spot of the carpet in our room from them. Staff smoked right outside the front door. There were people allowed to hang around inside and out of the hotel. Hanging out outside the window of the first floor. (I have pictures of all this stuff if you'd like) Their policy of no locals was not clear until I had already booked a month in advance. (My guest was not local. I was, however. If we got the wrong person at the front desk when checking in. I'm convinced they would have pushed us away with no refund.) So why are local smokers allowed to stay around? Gnats were all ove

Positive: Room was great. Friendly staff Negative: One of the specific amenities I wanted was a fail. We were there for my son‘s football game and was looking forward to the Jacuzzi, which was cold not to mention there was absolutely zero towels in the pool area. I had to send my son to get some.

Very nice looking hotel. Decent location, good comp parking, no safe in the room was a big negative issue for us, the comp breakfast was barely ok. Swimming pool was cold and hot rub was ok but smelled. Pool towels looked like garage towels.
