Bar less than stellar place. The front lady ignores you while dealing with her family on the phone or friends or whoever doesn't matter. Ask your question if she goes huh? Ask her the same question again. She's distracted and she goes huh. This is the best part of the service. But sheets literally have stains on them and not bed. Bug remains but a lot of other stuff. Long hairs that neither my wife nor ours skin fragment buggers love stains and one bed. The other bed was better except A questionable stain on it. The place has a unique just cleaned. Never can be clean type smell. Think that one bar fly that hangs out in the bar once in awhile gives him or herself a spritz of cologne or perfume. That is exactly how the place smells. I strongly suggest you don't stay here, it's not worth it.

The room was not clean. There was hair on the bed, and stains on the comforter. I got the room to take shower and take a break while traveling. However, the lack of cleanliness made me very uncomfortable. I called a friend, and just crashed on their sofa. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone… and am actually sending the pictures to the health department.

Since the responses to issues are cut and paste like their “partner” 4 points ny Sheraton…I’ll just paste the comment made their and add some photos. Night shift “auditor” sent us to their partner Clarion (which is disgusting) because apparently Delta can’t see the same system that they use and “overbooked” the stranded passengers. Then to add to it all, asked us to share a room with someone. Not sure how this shows that this hotel is competent or that the managing staff is capable of treating delta’s business with best intentions but it’s turned into a horrible experience and now we are leaving at 1 am to go stay at a competitor on our own dime because the “partner” Clarion is filthy. Stained sheets, smell of weed etc. avoid this hotel and partners in the area. Funny enough…we aren’t the

Vehicle was broken into while in their back lot when we were on a 2 day vacation despite being within camera view 24/7. Why doesnt the person already being paid to sit at a desk for most of their shift not monitor the camera feed?? Additionally, hotel staff discovered this more than a day before we returned to pickup our vehicle, but hotel staff neglected to tell us - instead choosing to allow us to discover this for ourselves. Place also smells of cheap weed and service is bad.
