Clarion Hotel & Convention Center Joliet

Let me say this is not a fake review! i stayed there feb 18th 2026 and this was my 2nd stay there. I am missing my left leg and arm and the employees there never once hesitated in helping me. I really appreciated their willingness to help. I needed my wheelchair while in my room and i had to have help getting it out of my suv when i checked in and putting it back when i checked out the next day. Thank You! I may be back this spring!

Room carpet was stained. Our family attended a wedding at the Clarion and the entryway was tired looking. Dead flowers in planters. Would have like seeing a cheery entrance for such an important event. Many wedding guests were hotel guests as well. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming!

Positive: In a nice area off the highway. Negative: The hotel has a 100$ hold fee on your credit card , I was not able to use my card anywhere else.

I was on the 3rd floor wich I heard was one of the better ones, I also spent a lot of time in 4 of my friends room wich were on the 1rst and 2nd floors and they were lovely👍🏾 The hotel is an hour from Chicago and is in a nice area with plenty of food options 5☆ also the bad reviews had me spooked but they were all untrue. There was a leak from my bathrooms Cieling wich filled the bathroom an inch with water and continued till the person upstairs stopped thier shower😭😂 but other than that is was a great Experience

Stayed here during a busy holiday weekend. Despite higher occupancy, service quality did not drop significantly. Housekeeping maintained consistency. The staff managed pressure well.
